Does my client need an account?+

No. Clients use the review link you send them, so there is no password or onboarding step between them and a decision.

What can I send for review?+

Markum supports written content, links, file URLs, and embedded video. Group related deliverables inside a project so the decision stays attached to the work.

What does Markum record?+

Markum keeps the client response, comments, timestamps, and available request details such as the originating IP address. It is a practical approval record, not a substitute for legal advice or a contract drafted for your jurisdiction.

Can a client request changes?+

Yes. A client can approve the work or request changes and explain what needs another pass.

Are electronic signatures available?+

Pro and Agency include an electronic-signature workflow for cases that need an extra acknowledgement. Whether an electronic signature is appropriate or enforceable depends on your agreement, use case, and jurisdiction; consult qualified counsel when that matters.

What happens after the 14 days?+

Creating an account includes 14 days of Starter access and up to three projects. When that period ends, existing projects and approval records remain readable, but you need a paid plan to create new clients and projects. There is no automatic charge.
